c9484e177d redirect /:prefix to /simple/:prefix/ 
I always get the url wrong, i.e. use http://localhost:8080 instead of
http://localhost:8080/simple.  Just don't tell anyone.

475bd9e1c6 fix choose_server to return "auto" instead of None. 
passing server=None to bottle won't work, we need to pass auto here.
