pypi-server -h will print a detailed usage message::
pypi-server [OPTIONS] [PACKAGES_DIRECTORY]
start PyPI compatible package server serving packages from
PACKAGES_DIRECTORY. If PACKAGES_DIRECTORY is not given on the
command line, it uses the default ~/packages.
