Extract app and keys (#276) 
* Extract app component from entrypoint (index)

- Use refs to refer to canvas and rough context
- Remove ReactDOM double rendering

* Extract keys and key related utils into their own module

Local Installation

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Clone the repo

Install all the dependencies

npm install
