fix: vertically center align the bounded text correctly when zoomed (#4444)

* fix: vertically center align the bounded text correctly when zoomed

* dnt add offsets since its calculated correctly

* set editor max width better when offsets present

* Update src/element/textWysiwyg.tsx

* const
