9ebf151ac2 API to retrive tag's digests
Add an interface alongside TagStore that provides API to retreive
digests of all manifests that a tag historically pointed to. It also
includes currently linked tag.

context: remove definition of Context
Back in the before time, the best practices surrounding usage of Context
weren't quite worked out. We defined our own type to make usage easier.
As this packaged was used elsewhere, it make it more and more
challenging to integrate with the forked `Context` type. Now that it is
available in the standard library, we can just use that one directly.

To make usage more consistent, we now use `dcontext` when referring to
the distribution context package.

cb6f002350 Implementation of the Manifest Service API refactor.
Add a generic Manifest interface to represent manifests in the registry and
remove references to schema specific manifests.

Add a ManifestBuilder to construct Manifest objects. Concrete manifest builders
will exist for each manifest type and implementations will contain manifest
specific data used to build a manifest.

Remove Signatures() from Repository interface.

Signatures are relevant only to schema1 manifests. Move access to the signature
store inside the schema1 manifestStore. Add some API tests to verify
signature roundtripping.

schema1
-------

Change the way data is stored in schema1.Manifest to enable Payload() to be used
to return complete Manifest JSON from the HTTP handler without knowledge of the
schema1 protocol.

tags
----

Move tag functionality to a seperate TagService and update ManifestService
to use the new interfaces. Implement a driver based tagService to be backward
compatible with the current tag service.

Add a proxyTagService to enable the registry to get a digest for remote manifests
from a tag.

manifest store
--------------

Remove revision store and move all signing functionality into the signed manifeststore.

manifest registration
---------------------

Add a mechanism to register manifest media types and to allow different manifest
types to be Unmarshalled correctly.

client
------

Add ManifestServiceOptions to client functions to allow tags to be passed into Put and
Get for building correct registry URLs. Change functional arguments to be an interface type
to allow passing data without mutating shared state.

ab4a9f0480 Move registry package out of repo root
Since the repo is no longer just the registry, we are moving the registry web
application package out of the repo root into a sub-package. We may break down
the registry package further to separate webapp components and bring the client
package under it. This change accomplishes the task of freeing up the repo root
for a distribution-oriented package. A stub doc.go file is left in place to
declare intent.

d08f0edcf1 Migrate references to consolidated v2 package
Routes and errors are now all referenced from a single v2 package. This
packages exports are acceptable for use in the server side as well as
integration into docker core.

7b56d10076 Lock down HTTP API error codes
This commit locks down the set of http error codes that will be part of the
inital V2 specification, proposed in docker/docker#9015. The naming order has
been slightly changed and there are few tweaks to ensure all conditions are
captured but this will be set the docker core will be impleemnted against.

To support this, the errors have been moved into an api/errors package. A new
type, ErrorDescriptor, has been defined to centralize the code, message and
definitions used with each type. The information therein can be used to
generate documentation and response code mappings (yet to come...).

In addition to the refactoring that came along with this change, several tests
have been added to ensure serialization round trips are reliable. This allows
better support for using these error types on the client and server side. This
is coupled with some tweaks in the client code to fix issues with error
reporting.

Other fixes in the client include moving client-specific errors out of the base
package and ensuring that we have correct parameters for finishing uploads.

22c9f45598 Carve out initial application structure
This changeset defines the application structure to be used for the http side
of the new registry. The main components are the App and Context structs. The
App context is instance global and manages global configuration and resources.
Context contains request-specific resources that may be created as a by-product
of an in-flight request.

To latently construct per-request handlers and leverage gorilla/mux, a dispatch
structure has been propped up next to the main handler flow. Without this, a
router and all handlers need to be constructed on every request. By
constructing handlers on each request, we ensure thread isolation and can
carefully control the security context of in-flight requests. There are unit
tests covering this functionality.
